    Does Apple TV work with Non-HD television sets?

    Do you have to use the HDMI connector on the newer Apple TV or is there an alternative way to connect it to an older non-hd TV?

    It appears the new (gen 2+3) connect only via HDMI, while Gen 1 also supports component out.

    None of them support Composite video - single RCA video (yellow) + RCA stereo audio out (red/white) .
