Any reason to go with Boxee over Roku?

I'm in the market for a device that'll stream Netflix to my TV. I want some other goodies too, most of which the Roku box already offers. So from my research over the last couple of days, it's looking like the Roku is my best choice for free TV. Is there any reason why I should consider a Boxee?

Boxee is capable of receiving broadcast TV with a UDB dongle, for one. It's more of a media center in a box, the software is based on XBMC- the XBox Media Center. Oh, yea, Boxee has a browser, Roku doesn't.
