LG "smart" TV - Anyone Got It to Work??

I have an LG 55L W5600 HD TV. that is connected to internet via a LAN CAT 5 cable. I am trying to watch some past issues of TWIT TV programs. When I go the "Home" page and use the Web Browser function, I am able to get the TWIT TV home page, but then when I click on the episode I want a window comes that it would play in, but then I get a msg saying " Sublime Video Player not registered for this site. I have also tried to get the "Plex" player or service up and running with no success. I cant find any manuals or much help from LG to make their Smart TV be smart.

    Thanks --Paul

Welcome to the forum, have you done any updates to the OS/TV yet? I've seen some problems before in the store that I work at where the flash player doesn't play right until the TV is updated to the latest version of software.

Aron- I did get a "msg" while in the TV browser, to install or update the Adobe Flash player. So I installed- the default seemed to Linux so I installed that and tried again, but again got a msg saying you need to install the Flash Player. So this time I di the Win 7 64 bit, which is what I run on my PC. Again tried to watch the Twit TV episode, but it still wanted the Flash installed.
--- Does the TV have its own OS?? IS there some way to " explore" or see the files in it??

Sorry for dumb questions but my first foray into Smart TVs
