Roku channels for kids

Are there any Roku channels for kids under the age of 13 where I don't have to worry about what they're watching?

the bazillions tv, travel with kids, kidlet, babyfirst tv, timeless toons - some of those have a one time fee or subscription cost
you can use the roku channel multiQ's in conjunction with a netflix subscription to create a kid's queue

My kids like the program KidPaint is based on... "TuxPaint" - but the Roku version is too simplified and it's clunky and slow.

TuxPaint will run on almost any PC - it only requires a 200 mhz Pentium and win 95 minimum.: Tux Paint
